how do you fast without losing weight or calories? I really want to do the whole 1 (or 2) meals per day, but it feels like it might have negative repercussions. how to fix?

the key was to limit diversity of foods you eat i have 2 standard breakfasts 3 types of launches once they are meals you are good and it doesn’t take much time eating out is the enemy cause eye balling is so fucking flawed

+1 on standard meals. Have a handful of go-tos so you know what you’re putting in w/out counting meticulously each day. I generally have the same thing for breakfast & lunch (high protein smoothie and Greek yogurt w fruit), and mix it up a bit for din, generally a lean protein + set of veggies/unrefined carbs.
