curve ball question: what do you all do for your *mental* fitness? how (if at all) are you thinking about your mental fitness?

8 hr sleep/night, meditate daily, monthly ‘retreat’ (2-3 hrs of meditation), daily exercise, no fast-food, limit alcohol (physical health influences mental) Keep controllable stress low: live simply (spend materially less than earn), significant cash on hand, multiple income streams, have plan in event of layoff.

Apple Watch has a 3-min breath thing I’ve been playing with for bursty resets during the day… fwiw ymmv etc etc 🌱

Start small, 30 seconds even. Every day. Calm app has good guided meditations for all levels.
