Why do you say that? Jared Polis is great, but any specific laws or regs similar to the Wyoming DAO law?

Colorado Co-Ops are commonly used for DAOs (I believe Colorado has the best Co-Op regs)

I’m not a lawyer but have been told by lawyers that the Wyoming DAO law is overrated
