But not everything is so shiny - you don't just lock your ETH, you pair it with District's shitcoin OLE and we all know what will happen to it after Blast TGE. I expect to get less than half of my ETH back in August but the plan is to make much much more by farming GEMS.

Finally the day has come. 
When I was locking my ETH, the position was worth $180.
Today it's worth $55. That's -70%. Basically, as expected.
BUT! to be honest, ETH itself is -25% so the real loss here -60%.
So adding the BLAST airdrop (which I received ONLY thanks to my activity in District1 and only thanks to this lock) to the equation, I can confidently say that eventually I barely broke even.
(I'm not going to mention the fact I've been rallying and collecting the gems the last 2 months to not let the boost go to waste (but probably I just wasted all this time for nothing because District1 is LITERALLY dead).
