There are two scenarios: either Hyperlane
 are chads (akin to Wormhole) and the snapshot has already been taken or they are just scammers who got underwhelmed by the activity and decided to boost their metrics by confirming the token (just like 
LayerZero did in 2023).

Either case will be disappointing.
Considering the recent projects behavior and the current market conditions I tend to believe the second scenario is more probable.
Anyway, it's important to not fall into the same trap LayerZero farmers did when they had been stuck in this perpetual state of "snapshot already was taken" for basically a year!
