What kind of restaurant do you run?

One of the few industries i see as being sometimes harder to make ends than agriculture.

Especially dependent on good labor unless you’re really really small I reckon.
Except for our super high end places here, a lot of our local restaurants are struggling.  

If you’re leasing a property the new rates seem to be an arbiter of future fate.

Feels like this season everyone is saving and being frugal??

Not sure also noticed a lot of outrages prices on simple items like egg and other meats

Yeah, one of the owners I spoke with mentioned that folks were skipping apps and dessert a bit more than typical for them.

Families are definitely feeling the impact of higher costs all around here in Massachusetts.

Pho is one of the few soups are kids will touch, so we've put in our rotation when we get up to Boston, and my youngest and I made a batch last year for the first time.
