To me, the biggest problem with "proof of human origin" is that "human-created" vs "AI-created" is a false binary. Most art and code I create involves many rounds of interaction between me and models. There are just so many types of tokens. For example hiero tokens give full economic rights and no ballot. But token holders can convert to off-chain company shares. So now we have digital coin (ETH), ballots (ENS), real world economics (HIERO). Most are not just one but a mix.

In the US, definitely. But there are local solutions that already work well. Hiero raised using tokenize.it, a German platform. Fully regulated and still a normal erc-20 on Ethereum.
