charge phone in separate room than where you’re hanging out / don’t look at phone before bed and drink a chamomile has helped me a lot (not that you were asking for tips but i am giving some anyway)

phone tip is something i should try for better mornings. my biggest problem right now is revenge bedtime procrastination and also anxiety of not getting enough sleep when i have something scheduled the next day, which keeps me up late
