Hypersub

i'm building on a /hypersub gated (private) task manager with @0xconca.eth - would you be interested in something like this?

thinking about this more - it might need a way for service providers to "approve" task, but I don't know if positive approval is the way to (as in, tasks don't start the clock until I approve them)

instead, I think they should be implicitly approved unless I go in and request a rewording / rescoping
