This is truly a difficult and heartbreaking challenge. The situation you described reflects the reality for many young people. But there are always ways to change things, even if it’s tough. Learning skills that can be acquired with limited resources or connecting with people who can offer support might be a good start. Dreams shouldn’t fade because of circumstances; sometimes, the smallest steps can lead to great paths.
