Marketing isnāt a technology problem, it is a people problem. Ā Companies constantly seek better results, but a big part of the problem is the people they use. Ā Just look at the data below, in which 100 companies were asked if they use email and sms marketing. Ā Itās obvious SMS has higher open rates and converts well. And many email marketing providers offer SMS marketing. Ā The real issue is marketers. They just donāt use the technology at their fingertips. Ā Itās right there⦠and you already pay for it⦠use it, and it should help you get better results.
