Focusing on cadence has made me a much better runner. Keeping it up for this long is a recent breakthrough. Injury free since focusing on higher cadence (knock on πͺ΅)

i definitely subscribe to breathing cadence as a major lever to better running - what's worked well for me personally has always been 2 in, 2 out

Thatβs great training. This was step cadence, havenβt thought about breathing cadence but might be logical next step
