Someone needs to build this around channels else we will have to build it ourselves at some point... There's a lot of problems we solve for our customers in private TG threads and would love to do that in a forum where the solutions are public. https://blog.neynar.com/farcaster-ideas

maybe herocast will work for this? @hellno.eth need the ability to link cast urls when pointing to already written solutions

yeah moving in this direction. herocast has very basic cast → thread view in notifications. Want to add this to feed and channels too. Threads in FC can be more nested than in Slack, need to adapt it slightly

Want to use something like this instead of the DMs we have in TG (unless the questions actually need to be private). Helps build a public knowledge base of how the protocol works Will happily recommend Herocast to customers once you're ready :) All our customers are already on FC so the only onboarding is to the app
