is there some doc on running validators / joining the validator set? We're looking into potentially operating a validator in Europe.

I am unable to find the github with the validator list from the docs or FIP

sadly group chat doesn't have search so I was unable to find validator info in there (scrolling up was mostly debugging chatter)
