A few weeks ago, I played the "say cheese" mini app with my non-crypto/fc girlfriend for an hour. She used the signed-out web url and I used the mini app.

At one point she asked if there was a way to see me on the leaderboard. had I sent her a canonical fc url for that mini app, that would have been the perfect time to get her on FC. but because I hadn't and because of the friction of having to then download an app and help her sign up, we didn't.

she plays the nyt games every day, has all her friends to the leaderboard, and shares scores with them. Farcaster is that but for way more kinds of games and apps. And I think this kind of behavior is a far more unique and powerful analogy as to why Farcaster might appeal to normies than being a place to "make money". I think this is an analogy that the team should focus more on, because a) I'm selfish and I want FC to appeal to my gf and b) because I think a mini app/game social network is a great analogy.

it would be nice to signup people to FC from a mini app experience. basically pre-load the account with mini app saved and maybe some default followers that are highly engaged with the mini app.
