- Casters: can use the shared account anonymously. Anyone who was in the Higher Party before this announcement is allowlisted to use the account https://base.party.app/party/0x8177b34687bc8b99c205e533ae7dd7c6c9d07a66

- Admins: can update the caster allowlist, as well as update the name / image / bio. Current admins include the hosts of the Party, myself, and a few others: @jihad, @martin, @lght.eth, @yb, @zinger, @blankspace, @saintless.eth, @clfx.eth AND @aethernet

- Superadmin: can change everything about the setup, including the current admins, criteria to be a caster, and even the shared account contract itself. Current superadmin is a 3/N Safe that Admins can claim signer rights on because they have the Admin role.
