this is super low effort and actually an easier clean up! 

first time trying the sous vide compared to my normal carnitas method but I’m just gonna set it and forget it :)

After some years you may come to the same realization that it's just fine in a crock pot 😂 but love the experimentation!

My "but why" sous vide moment was 72 short ribs that werent as good as 45 min instant pot haha
