would you rather: A) take an 8hr coach bus that leaves from and ends in each city’s center B) take a 1.5hr flight where you have to go through security and get to/from airports far from city center (total travel time is 7hr)

I usually try to work as much as possible when I’m traveling & working from a bus kind of sucks, so I’d fly!

but you can't do any work on that flying route, can you?? i never have a big enough chunk of time > 45-60min taxi to airport > go through security > sit at gate for maybe 60-90min > get on airplane for 90min, can't have your laptop out for ascent and descent so really only ~30min of work possible > go through customs > get in taxi for 30min or 8 hrs straight on a bus

I try to plan enough so that a 30 min block of time is all I need to be productive! Doesn’t always work ofc but most of the time it does. A bonus with where I live is that you can usually take a train or bus to the airport which gives you an additional block of time to get work done
