Oh I hear you 💯 ~ I am walking the line of complete exhaustion and enjoyment, but am scaling back: found out the hard way that proper sleep hygiene is crucial. 🤍🤍🤍

Oh, it so is. I never stopped being present in web 3 since 2020 - illness, death, holidays - I also never said a word yet remained consistent. This time, it was back to back deaths, and I needed every ounce of me present - especially for my children. I'm creating a new body of work as well, and the nervous system must be cared for gently. The exhaustion is real, especially when it's online or, as I joke, feels like it is all in my head.😂 I hope that you have a beautiful and peaceful weekend.💐💓

Oh no, I am so distraught hearing about all your losses. That is absolutely a lot to process and this takes time (if not forever). My Dad passed away almost 10 years ago and it feels like yesterday and I keep missing him more than less, so I have an idea of how it can feel… I am sending you a virtual hug and really wish that these darker times make way for the light to enter into your life again. Take good care of your mental health. 🫂🖤🤍

Manu 🫂 I'm so sorry about your tremendous loss. I'm not a stranger to loss, and over the decades, have learned how best to take good care. I suppose that I'm just fortunate to have known so many beautiful people in my life. There has been a quickening in these recent years, and no, it doesn't go away. We carry their love in our hearts. This time, there hasn't been much time in between. It seems one after another, and I needed to stay fully present - social media fires off so much in the brain that stepping back for an intermission was the right choice. I think most of us just remain consistent in a professional manner whilst being human. Most say nothing publicly, but their breaks say it all if we're mindful. The sun is shining here. Thank you so much for sharing and the love you've sent my way. I send love right back to you.❤️✨️
