I couldn't be here as much these last weeks. It may be this way for some time - I've never taken a break these years, but it seems that the punishment is real, lol.

Oh, it so is. I never stopped being present in web 3 since 2020 - illness, death, holidays - I also never said a word yet remained consistent. This time, it was back to back deaths, and I needed every ounce of me present - especially for my children. I'm creating a new body of work as well, and the nervous system must be cared for gently. 

The exhaustion is real, especially when it's online or, as I joke, feels like it is all in my head.😂

Oh I hear you 💯 ~ I am walking the line of complete exhaustion and enjoyment, but am scaling back: found out the hard way that proper sleep hygiene is crucial. 🤍🤍🤍
