Is there any point in taking creatine if I never go to the gym? I usually do about 20-25 miles of hiking a week but never lift weights or anything like that.

Creatine will definitely give you more strength ⚡️ 💪 And your stamina will also increase. It must be used correctly! How to use it correctly? Be sure to check with your trainer or doctor. But without periodic training, creatine will not make sense.
