curious whether anyone’s thought about how to replicate the UX of a locked account on a decentralized platform like farcaster. it seems like a really interesting and challenging problem!

my guess it’s that you’d want to have a situation where every post is encrypted with a distinct ephemeral key, and then the post key can be (re)wrapped to different audiences

Like you indicated deeper in the thread, you can’t revoke what has been seen in that someone can screenshot it, copy it, etc. but you can terminate one’s ability to query it. I am publishing a whitepaper in four days that has its origins in solving this exact problem though it has grown to general queryability
