Day #7 no sugar update: - Dinner: Parmesan crusted trout, broccoli - Snack: I honestly forget - Exercise: day off 🫂 - Murdery Vibes: 8.2/10 🤬 Yesterday was a struggle all around, but that day is over... we forge ON! Some RESULTS: - down -8.7 lbs - sleeping great - mental clarity 8/10 LETS. FUCKING. GO.

Have you found it difficult to cut out sugar completely? What about something like maple syrup on pancakes and waffles? Been thinking about trying to lean out and I definitely have a real problem with my sweet tooth, but I also like snacks like dark chocolate covered almonds so maybe just moderating my intake?

It's all about moderation. Bruh anyone will tell you I'm the sugar queen. I love my oreos and Swedish fish. I went through a psychotic phase where I ate 10 Swedish fish a day 🤣 Now I find blueberries, mandarin oranges, chocolate covered almonds all fulfill those cravings in healthier ways 🤍
