Walked into the gym today and there was a guy standing inches away from the mirror just staring at himself.

We got to our bench, he walks over to the bench next to us, sits down, faces us and starts staring at us.

2. What & when are you supposed to do something?

2. Kinda like a Black Bear vs Grizzly. You either play dead or act tough, but always hard to remember in the moment.

If a black bear charges and attacks you, FIGHT BACK WITH EVERYTHING YOU HAVE! Do not play dead. Direct punches and kicks at the bear's face, and use any weapon like rocks, branches, or bear spray to defend yourself. If a grizzly/brown bear charges and attacks you, PLAY DEAD.

Ok so I'm basically dead in both scenarios 💀💀💀💀
