I actually think we're probably already at the point where the marginal bit of anti-wokeness is on balance more bad than good.

(Not the same as wokeness being good, because anti-wokeness doesn't just fight wokeness, it also has many, IMO mostly bad, side effects)

Life is like a pendulum.  Before i was born things were very conservative.  I grew up in a golden age of moderate liberalism.  Not it has swung too far to the left and there is pushback. 

In a generation itll swing to the middle again and shit will be nicer.  Then to the conservative side.  

Rinse. Repeat.
