I've slowly been getting my body back into shape over the last year and a half. I let the grind of work & ankle surgery destroy my posture & overall body/mental health. So I stuck to a routine of crossfit + a book to guide my lifts called Becoming a Supple Leopard. This has been a long journey, but now I'm feeling healthy again & and I'm happy to start working on getting my technique back in muay thai/boxing. Cheers πβ‘οΈπΎ

I've trained for about 8 years now. The last 2 1/2 years were inconsistent bc of work and recovery from ankle surgery. We train an Eastern European style of Muay Thai/Boxing. The gym is out in DFW called George Prevalsky's Muay Thai/Boxing. If you're ever around these parts, come by & train. How long have you been boxing?

Nice! Im out in LA and train at Fortune Gym in Hollywood. I training mainly boxing and still somewhat new to it :) but started taking it seriously 6 months ago. Iβll have to stop by if Iβm ever in the area! I love checking out next boxing gyms
