All my coworkers treated me like I was crazy to say Austin was dangerous. Like low key rude about it. So forgive me for feeling vindicated by the homeless man trying to climb over our fence into our office apt yard today, while I was out of town. I told them!!!

The neighbors, an apartment full of college girls, are now attuned to this issue. I think the homeless guy even came in their house.

Yesterday they asked us to borrow a drill to hang up security cameras. 
We did them one better and sent our intern with the drill, who installed everything for them.

"How did it go?"
"Oh you know. I cracked some jokes. I hit their vape." 
"You did WHAT"

He must have absolutely charmed them because today they came over with blueberry muffins and to ask to borrow the drill again. 

"You can have it, but would you rather just have Intern? He can help you again. He'll be back tomorrow. He's at class right now."
"OH YES YES THATS GREAT WE'LL SEE HIM TOMORROW!"
