crocs as a fashion trend is 1. so odd and 2. seems to have spread everywhere so quickly… did everyone already have some old ones lying around?

People are buying! They make a lot of sense imo. Pandemic forced people indoors, lots of people moved away from more traditional footwear. Towards comfort. Crocs have also done a phenomenal job with collabs that have led to a repositioning of the brand. They’re very accessible and very versatile.
