in 2017 I created a PoC for an IT support chatbot for the company I worked at (very simple rules-based thing). It was released to a very small population. I could see all of the conversations. Almost everyone started insulting it and my first update to it had to be a profanity filter and a rule that said "I ll have to report this to HR". Interesting to see that behaviour hasn't changed.
