Since cutting sugar 23 days ago I've seen the following benefits:

- better overall sleep quality
- shifted sleep schedule from waking up at 2pm to waking up at 9am
- reduced my sleep aids by 4 pills
- mental clarity is off the charts (deeper understanding of concepts & analytical skills at peak)
- skin on point ✨️

No sugar challenge is not something i’ve done.

But I’ve heard many ppl talking about it and it seems to be working great. Congrats to @burrrrrberry for the decision and determination!
