Yosemite Valley, USA Yosemite National Park is located on the western slopes of the Sierra Nevada range in California. The Sierra Nevada range stretches across California, increasing in height from west to east. Yosemite Valley occupies only one percent of the park's total area, but it is where most visitors flock. One of the world's most popular sites among climbers with routes of varying difficulty levels is the granite rock El Capitan, 2307 meters above sea level, clearly visible from any part of the valley.

The forest is one of Japan's most scenic natural attractions, and it is nestled in the western part of Kyoto city in a park named Arashiyama. The forest has become famous not only for its unrivaled beauty, but also for the unique sounds that arise when wind currents come in contact with the thin bamboo stalks. The giant temple complex of Angkor, Cambodia Angkor Wat, dedicated to the Hindu god Vishnu, is the largest cult building in the world. It is a complex three-level structure with many staircases and passages, topped with 5 towers. The temple is not in vain called the soul of the Khmer people, because Angkor exactly represents the Khmer art, great civilization, the heart of the nation. In total, there are about 200 monuments on the territory of more than 400 square kilometers.

Santorini Island, Greece Santorini is a magical island located in the Aegean Sea, at the very south of the Cyclades Islands. Santorini is more than 3500 years old, and traces of ancient civilizations remind you of the archipelago's rich past. But the last thing you want to think about here is time: a vacation surrounded by volcanic landscapes, amazing blue sea, well-maintained beaches with colorful sand and postcard houses with snow-white facades is truly serene. People come here to admire the sunsets, to savor the moment, to regain the inner harmony lost in the eternal rush and bustle.

Tianji Mountains, China Everyone has seen such landscapes in movies like Avatar. Such mountains are characteristic for fantasy style, where the action unfolds on an unexplored distant planet. But the Tianji Mountains are absolutely real and are located in the Chinese province of Hunan. Huge marble spires soar hundreds of meters from the foot. Visitors can take a cable car if they want to see all these wonders up close.

Angel Falls, Venezuela Venezuela overflows with natural wonders, including the world’s highest waterfall: the 3,212-foot cascades (that’s 19 times higher than Niagara Falls) of Angel Falls, located in the UNESCO-protected Canaima National Park. Bonus: Pixar animators used the location as inspiration for Paradise Falls in Up—so you know it’s good.

Culture, food and history all converge in Germany. For starters, capital cities don’t get more open and welcoming than Berlin. Indeed, embracing diversity is a way of life in a city that celebrates its thriving LGBTQ+ communities with a host of specialty bars and clubs, all promoting tolerance and inclusiveness. Throw in delicious currywurst and some truly grand architecture, and you’ll just love this vibrant metropolis. Meanwhile, Munich holds a special place in our hearts for having invented the biergarten. For beer lovers and everyone else, the Bavarian capital offers a taste of old-world Europe from stately architecture to picturesque, forested surrounds full of hiking trails. Neuschwanstein Castle on the outskirts provides a spectacular blend of both.
