I had a near-death experience 2 days ago when a saved me with the Heimlich at the San Diego airport I feel lucky to not have died alone in the food court on the eve of my daughter's 5th birthday I owe a lot to the serendipity of strangers. Even in an AI-supercharged world, we still need humans ā¤ļø P.S. i normally would blog about this kind of thing, but i think it'd give my mom a literal heart attack so just posting it here instead P.P.S. if you don't know the Heimlich maneuver, here's your reminder to learn it; you might save a life one day too

Oh no, what a terrible experience! It happened to me once with someone else, and I didn't know how to react. Thank you so much for reminding us of something so vital to helping others. I'm glad it was just a scare! 200š
