My dream is to travel the world looking at great art in museums, finding new artists on the walls of cafes, and being inspired to create and share more of my own art 2. SOMETHING I DON'T KNOW ABOUT YOU: A spent a decade as a semi professional restaurant reviewer. I went to culinary school so that I could write for Michelin. I didn’t take the job in the end but wouldn’t trade the experience for anything! I was working full time so I had to do the courses at night. It took me 3 years because I had to take several breaks due to work commitments overseas. I loved doing pastry the most and cook and bake in my free time 3. I was deplatformed on Twitter and I was excited about an uncensorable network. I never intended to show up here as an artist nor advocate for invisible users. I joined the last week of January 2024 days before frames dropped. I knew this place was special when I saw the power of frames. In my third week on the platform, I got shadow banned for excessive casting (I had the $1M Degen allowance on Valentine’s Day and I triggered something by spreading the love generously that day) and it was terrible. It made me realize Warpcast had invisible rules and I was determined to figure them out. Farcaster might be open but Warpcast is NOT. A few weeks later, my first Farcaster meet up was in Tokyo and I realized that Japanese casters were disproportionately affected by these unwritten rules and I decided to make channels that were related to Japan so they’d have a safe space to cast in. When @sum dropped /outcasts I made some fan art to say thank you. It was the first time I shared my art (Continue 👇)

@pichi. I can't express how grateful I am that you did this with me and allowed me to share a little more of yourself with the community. I know I asked you almost without time, and yet, it's been so great of you to do it 🙏. It's simply fabulous to hear about your beginnings here at FC and everything you've accomplished in just one year. I admire you for that. And I want to highlight something that makes you great: when you receive a rejection for something in particular, you simply accept it and create something better, without getting bogged down in complaints or sadness, as people often do. This is something to treasure, at least I will. I've been able to share with you many times what you do at /farcasterunion, another reason I admire and value you. It's extremely helpful for everyone who is in FC or wants to get started. I hope your art always leads you to fulfill all your dreams, and thank you so much for giving so much of yourself so others can fulfill theirs too 🫂. Welcome /live-the-same!

Wow @pichi has an amazing heart. You can tell in her writing and how much she has done for the community. I would say she should be a warpcast admin but I wouldn’t wish that hell on her. ;) All her Japan casts mesmerize me. This is the best interview I've read so far. Pichi didn't simply answer the question but also shared personal opinion and experiences. I read everything from the beginning of her dreams, to her learning culinary, how she joined warpcast, finding out the invisible rule, creating channels for Japanese people even though she doesn't speak their language, and helping farcasters on how to be a successful user. She's really one of the best users I've known. It's an honor to read this information in this channel.
