As a data guy I'm having nightmares about MegaETH.

It's already hard enough indexing Berachain and Base. Would love to see any technology that can scale fast enough and store data at MegaETH velocity.

MegaEth is just eth + big machines, so the indexers have to be equally as scaled up on larger machines. @ryansmith

Or you scale horizontally with a distributed network like we do with The Neighborhood and The Indexing Company

absolutely brutal way of tackling the problem. sounds interesting.

Not if you have:
1.  Multiple parties using this network 
2. Nodes are very very small and cheap compute since they only process a single block
3. Since nodes are small the plan is to tap into excess compute from devices like laptops/phones etc.
