Reset all points, tip allowances, and spam labels due to numerous false positives in the Warpcast spam label dataset. Hot-testing new ideas tomorrow.

Although I didn’t get banned, I have a suggestion to help improve the community and prevent farming. I think the morning list (banning the leaders) was a good idea, but maybe ignore the part about “anyone who tipped them 3+ times” for this month.
