The answer imo is remove staking to get allowance. 

And remove allowances in general. 

Make it so that you have to spot buy degen to tip degen. 

Airdrop the rest of the allowance allocation every month based on tipping usage. 

This has to happen eventually no matter what. 

To support this you could also enable staking to get degen emissions, not sure lifespan on this though.

i still like allocation for allowance and i think we can incorporate other elements into that 

the next 1b people coming on chain need to see that a+b = c in a straight up easy to understand way
