Is coconut oil good for hair health @hairdao?

I decided to put a small amount of coconut oil in my hair and it feels and looks nice. I've been using a nightly low chemical highly EWG rated Aveeno lotion for years. In /chiangmai I switched to a natural coconut oil because it's much cheaper since it's local rather than imported.

No doubt it probably hydrates/makes your hair feel great. I’d peg its chances at regrowing meaningful amounts of hair at ~0%

I was thinking maybe it could help the hair absorb other things like topical minoxidil better...
