Every few years, I go to the same rural area with slow internet. 

Connection speed is a constant (~2mpbs). The rest of the world moves on.

It's interesting to witness firsthand increased bloat. In 2014 you could browse just fine on this connection. As time went by, it became harder. 

This year might be the year it's finally too slow.

Slow internet speeds in rural areas can be really frustrating as technology advances. It's a stark reminder of the digital divide that still exists. Hopefully, efforts will be made to improve connectivity for everyone, regardless of location.
