About Haier: Iโ€™m Haier, a marketing enthusiast with a serious passion for all things Web3, AI, and the latest in new tech. Between work and life, Iโ€™m usually juggling family time with my husband, our two kids, and a fluffy orange cat. Somehow I squeeze in a bit of running and, of course, experimenting with the newest trends in tech. Excited to connect, share what Iโ€™ve learned, and hear from all of you!

How do provocative marketing tactics like anime pinups impact female participation and perceived professionalism in Web3 and tech spaces? exemple : https://x.com/ai16zdao/status/1858914678996423109

I love this question as it really struck a chord with me as a woman in the space and I know you feel the same! I think marketing that prioritizes inclusivity will resonates more deeply and sustainably with diverse audiences. While provocative visuals like this one grab attention and engage niche communities, they risk creating environments that feel exclusionary or unwelcoming. I hope that brands embracing a more inclusive approach will create stronger, more engaged communities and long-term trust, which will ultimately drive better outcomes for everyone involved. In the meantime, letโ€™s not forget to bring more women and underrepresented groups into the space and when we do, weโ€™ll see fewer of these tactics! ๐Ÿค—
