q1: what's one thing you have seen in crypto communities where you thought "oh, that's an interesting way to manage/engage members"?

I can’t pick just one example for this amazing and challenging question!
For me, successful crypto community engagement combines incentives, fun, and connection. 
Farcaster and Warpcast incentivise communication and inclusivity, meme coins build communities around a sort of "cult", governance models like DAOs engage users by giving them a voting power and events like Ethereum’s Devcon combine education and networking.
