Practice wisely, get info from athletes in that field frequently and learn to use your hips for balance, working on the glutes is something most people neglect but it's very important, don't forget about diet, you need good amount of calories to burn for such heavy tasks

If you want to bulk do more incline press and obviously bench press with heavy weights and low reps, but if you want just to be athletic and fast, do more push-ups like 500 every two days, if you don't use juice which is better choice it's gonna take time, give it a good year of practice and you'll see the change
