Wow! This was one of the most influential texts I have read in a long time. From a person who managed to overcome all the difficulties and bad thoughts and reach a place where she could write down all the details. You obviously struggled a lot, but you realized that the only one who can save you is yourself. I have an example of how I try to give meaning to life and the way I look at beauty: We do not have a same model of trees or a same model of mountains, for example, each of them is unique and we never say, this mountain is beautiful and that mountain is ugly! All mountains are beautiful and all trees are beautiful, so of course all people are beautiful. And I firmly believe in this sentence that Andre Gide says: Try to have beauty in your eyes, not in what you look at. Beauty is a subjective matter, for example, after reading what you wrote, your beauty increased for me 馃挆馃挆馃挆

I am always surprised of how you take your time to read what I write and give a thoughtful responses. This is definitely special and you deserve lots of success in live and in this app. It was a hard path, and it is actually difficult to even look back. Maybe this is the part of my story I less like, but the one that most marked me. I am aware many people feel like this and wanted to share what I made to overcome it, or what I am doing. It is an eternal struggle. But these little actions and sharing, even if it鈥檚 as long as a sacred book, can help others and I feel good about it. Some stories cannot be shortened. I have been widening mine quite open.

A person who can change herself deserves appreciation, and you have done this great work, dear Marcela. Can I share this article of yours? I will also send it to my friends who are psychologists so that they can understand how people with such problems look at themselves and their surroundings.
