an insole brand randomly dmd me this on insta yesterday

i haven’t posted on there in months and only you guys know about my current situation

at first i didn’t think it was legit

but then saw i usain bolt on their page he is a shareholder in the company apparently and used insoles to prevent injury

so maybe they will change my life and get me to the olympics 

anyway i will keep you posted 

has anyone heard of this brand or tried insoles before?

Yesterday, no sooner had I stepped outside for a gentle stroll—hoping to savor the tender breath of spring and the charm of blossoming petals—than a fierce wind began to stir, and the warmth gave way to a sudden chill.
Midway through my walk, I was overcome with regret and tempted to turn back. Yet, I compelled myself to press on, to follow the path I had chosen.
It was then, along that reluctant journey, that I encountered a tree of quiet beauty, and flowers scattered like whispers across the earth.
The same wind that cloaked me in dust had also revealed this fleeting splendor—reminding me that even in discomfort, there are moments of quiet grace.
Such is the truth we come to know in adulthood: that with every gain, there comes a loss. And this paradox lingers in all things.
In every choice we make, light and shadow walk hand in hand.
