Is it true most ppl dont delete apps from their phone?

Am I autistic for regularly going thru my library and deleting apps i no longer want or use (like once a week)?

Yeah i download an app, use it, delete it, then maybe need it again a couple weeks later lmao

Most apps these days are designed for retention or data collection or ads of some sort. So I just use and throw as much as I can
