first you need to know the basics of cryptography: 1. crypto101 2. dan boneh online course 3. introduction to mathematical cryptography 4. A Course in Number Theory and Cryptography Then you learn zero knowledge proofs: 1. Moon Math 2. blog.lambdaclass.com I would focus on Groth16, Plonk (kzg) and Starks/fri first.

There was entire Gitbook-type (but it was not Gitbook) website floating around that had a large collection of data. I lost that and can't find it. A very ncie thing I can recommend though is the ZkProof community reference. https://docs.zkproof.org/reference#version-03
