only customers such as devs using the protocol and consumers - users of the protocol itself will decide which L2 they believe in which higly rely on DevEx - onboarding, docs, clean code etc as well as applications build on top of it and usecases of the L2 itself

I think the EVM is constrained with obvious limitations. Excited to see sovereign rollapps experiment with exaction environments. Personally bullish fuel after listening to some podcasts with John talk. More bearish Cairo and starkware as I don’t know if they offered any significant improvements over the EVM.
