Apart from things you’ve most likely heard over 10 mos and I heard while planning too - the unsaid learnings are v specific. Dealing w/ sponsors, delays, comms w/ hackers, expectations, fees etc. mileage varies here and I’m not sure if they can be applied to diff situations, but feel free to DM if i can help w smth
