It has become clear some tippers are engaging in short-term extractive behavior. So beginning within the next day, new restrictions will be enforced:

1. Tips to other tippers won't count toward your tipper score.
2. Within a 7 day rolling window...
  - a max of 15% of allowance can be given to other tippers
  - a max of 15% of allowance can be given to the same user

These changes will benefit honest tippers and hopefully drive more value to underrated users who haven't heard of Farther, which is ultimately the biggest thing that can grow this project over the long term.

But I think if you change the rules and replace minimum to maximum and keeping one tip to a user per a day would be all better

I don't hate tippers. I'm trying to build a sustainable token community. People giving themselves or their friends tokens every day does not achieve that.
