Sent a dm saying that it might be worth doing a psa reminding people to check which wallet they're using. 

I think a lot of the errors are from people not using the wallet that minted the moxie pass or are trying to use wallets on mobile that aren't cb wallet :)

I agree with our friend's reasoning, many of the errors can be directly linked to portfolio divergence. Thanks for sharing the possible problem
