At the end of the auction, will I receive the liquidation price minus the amount multiplied by the number of units?

For example, I bid 50 pieces at a price of 28.
At the end of the auction, the clearing price is 25.
Therefore, the amount of moxies I will pay is 25*50 = 750 moxies, and (28-25)*50 = 150 moxies will come back to me?

all the moxie you have bid are locked in contracts while bidding, so you can't big more than you have

What order does it settle your bids in if you bid way over your allotment? Like say I bid on 10 different auctions and win all 10 but don't have enough $$ for them all.

Sent a dm saying that it might be worth doing a psa reminding people to check which wallet they're using. 

I think a lot of the errors are from people not using the wallet that minted the moxie pass or are trying to use wallets on mobile that aren't cb wallet :)
